We assisted the client, a publicly traded fund operating electricity generating facilities, to acquire a fund consisting of assets generating electricity through cogeneration and other processes. Issues identified during due diligence led to a $5 million reduction in the purchase price.

Engaged to perform due diligence on a company that developed and marketed software to assess customer credit risk, based on customers’ mobile phone analytics, our work uncovered risk issues that led our client to decline the equity acquisition transaction.

We developed a forecast model for an early-stage cryptocurrency company which was focused on using cryptocurrency technology to substantially reduce the cost of B2C marketing campaigns. The results of the engagement included refinements to the corporate strategy which helped the company secure equity financing.

We prepared a valuation for a publicly traded mining company. Our client required the valuation as part of the process to perform an internal corporate reorganization.
